hi.. right on the se w900i you have call button at the left side and menu button at the right, the menu button now says ticker... and i now cant access any of the menus, above the call button there is a small red x and a scrolling message saying welcome ready to receive messages.... i can recieve calls but nothing else... i thought that it might need reflashing or something but im not sure i dont wanna have to pay and send it off as it was on contract but hasnt been for over 12mths and i cant even do a master reset as i dont how to or where to.. i have done the update service but that didnt make a difference.. anyone have any clues

It can be fixed by doing a total reflash to the phones internal memory called the bootloader, i do the repairs to all sony ericsson mobiles with this problem for a fixed £5 fee + return postage, if you want it doing on a fast turnaround email me at drewishuk@yahoo.com
