older honda rear tine rototiller?

this is a tiller that is probably 20 years old, has always worked well, but has been neglected as of late. there doesnt seem to be any compression in the engine, and where the pullcord attaches seems to spin freely. any ideas?

Its worth looking for the reason for no compression...it could be a cylinder head gasket, a valve stuck open or piston problems at worse.. Enjoy the learning curve!
