How can i fix my renault megane 2000 boot lid?

The boot lid on my renault megane 2000 has jammed locked. The key electronic key fob works ok to unlock the other doors it is the RT Sports Alize model

If you can crawl into the boot via the back seats, you should be able to release the lock with a screwdriver....just prise the lever that connects to the boot button area.
