Chainsaw doesn't idle?

My Homelite 23AV chainsaw doesn't idle. It starts and runs fine, but never idles, runs too fast without giving it any gas. Is some linkage stuck or what? I have new gas, air filter, and spark plug.

There are usually 3 adjustment screws on these - one mechanically opens the throttle stop lever on the carb to allow a tickover - the other 2 are mixture screws, one for adjusting the slow speed mixture, the other for the high speed mixture. See if you can adjust the first screw initially - it will probably sort things.
