Supposedly by turning the glass dome, which covers the bulb, anti clockwise. It should unscrew enabling you to replace the bulb, but we have been trying to do this for the last 2 days without success. We have taken the oven door off to get a good grip of the glass dome, but it won't budge, so Neff are getting a call tomorrow morning.
