how can i fix my washer/dryer?

i think there is a bra wire stuck in my washer/dryer and i just cant get to it i think its in the drum somewhere. the dryer is still working and the washing machine still does its cycle although it shakes very violently when its on the last spin, putting holes in my clothes. it is made by candy and the model is nova.

You probably have something that slipped through the holes of the drum and lodged itself into the tank. When the drum spins, it can stick out again and damage your laundry. With patience and luck and twisting the machine up and down (I know it is heavy!), you can get the "thing" to stick out again through a hole and grab it with pliers to pull it through. You can also try to access the space between drum and tank by sliding and wire hook from the front (where the window rubber seal is) and "play" with it to pull the unwanted piece out. The last resort is dismantling the whole machine to take off the drum. This is not really difficult for someone mechanically minded and methodical. It takes a lot of time and thus would be expensive if done by a professionnal.
Good luck.

hi julie had the same problem unfortunately had to buy a new machine as the expense of taking all the machine apart was more than a new machine.
