OVEN NOT HEATING UP?

PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME WHY MY MOFFAT OVEN MODEL N/O MSF615 IS NOT HEATING UP.

I HAVE POWER TO THE OVEN THE FAN GO,S ROUND BUT NOT HEATING UP.THE THERMOSTATE IS SET TO MAX AND THE RED INDECATOR COMES ON.

ANY HELP WOULD ME MUCH APPRICATED
