my 1996 automatic corsa has lost reverse gear?

my corsa 1996 will not reverse when you put in reverse also wants to go forward when you put it in park and neutral oil level is ok

Hi Jo, you need to get the cable linkage checked out, sounds like its not selecting the correct gear, get a "haynes" type manual either buy one or try your local library it will take you step by step how to check the linkages
