had this problem resently.get replacement pump online approx £10(renault dealership £35).raise car and remove o/s wheel and inner wing, just a couple of screws.towards the top of the wing sits the pump.a good torch is very handy here. there are two pipes to remove from the pump note:- space is a bit tight, also beware if there is any water left in the tank you will get wet.the removal of the electrical connection is a bit of a fiddle to do small hands are a bonus here, look at new pump for help here.with the pump removed ,re fitting should be a piece of cake.hope this helps
