How do I replace the brake pads on an 04 Vauxhall Vectra Club, 1800?

How do I replace the pads on the rear of my Vauxhall Vectra 04 Club, 1800. No problem getting wheel off etc, but can see how to slacken the pads off the disk and then release the pads from the casting. Also any tips on putting it all back together again?
