How can I repair the wheel as one fell off? I can't seem to find a replacement part anywhere.

Look in your local yellow pages, or go on line and search for AERUS vacuum cleaners. AERUS is the new name for the former Electrolux machines. The local office will have the wheel you need.

There website is www.aerusonline.com, you will see your vacuum cleaner there.
