check the drainage. if the machine still has water in it wont spin. check for blockages. the easiest way to do this is to take the grey drainage pipe out of the waste pipe and lower to the floor, use a bucket to catch any water. If it flows freely there is no blockage.
if there is no blockage then empty all the water out by lowering the drainage pipe to the floor once you have put it into spin cycle, if it then spins up its your pump thats broke.
