pressure wont drop . stops on 3.0 to 3.5. even when i take pipe off and get pressure down as soon as i put pipe back on pressure goes back up.

what pipe are you removing...the filling loop?

if so, what happens with it removed and you drop the pressure to 1-1.5 bar? does it still rise?

Is this a combi? if so it could be getting its pressure from a leak between the plates of the plate to plate heat exchanger
