Where can I buy a Journal Spindle for a Royal Alpha 600sc cash register? Royal.com doesn't seem to sell them only the register tape.

OOOPS...the number you should call is 800-222-2310 and press option 6 (spare parts dept)....Sorry I had the wrong number in my first answer...It will probably get you to the right dept. eventually, but this number will likely get you there faster...Also, the shipping cost will vary depending on your location.

Call the Royal Customer Service Department @ 888-261-4555 Mon - Fri 8:30-5 (E.S.T.) (you will need to talk to the spare parts department) Or you can fax your order to 800-232-9769 . You need part # E16900030.
When I called last week for the same item, I was told the cost was $6.00 plus $4.69 for shipping
