low pressure from shower?

im low on pressure from electric shower (not power shower) can anyone help? i've replaced whole unit and stop cock to no avail. even used nieghbours water supply to send flow 'wrong way' to see if that would solve an air lock problem. bought a cheap pressure tester and that says i have 3.5 bar is that enough? dont know what to try next.

call National Shower Spares, they can usually diagnose most faults, visit web www.showerspares.com, try mearsuring the water pressure with another tap running, this will give you the maintained pressure which is what the shower needs, usually a min of 1.0 bar will be sufficient. does your shower get hot at all, or are you expecting more flow than the shower can actually deliver ??, if it is getting hot, measure the flow from the shower head, you should get around 4-5 ltrsmin at an normal shower temperature, hope this helps.

3.5 bar is easily enough...are you getting a good volume of water to the shower inlet? If not, there must be a restriction in the pipe somewhere.
