Several things can cause this. It could be just locked up but I guess you have tried switching off and back on. It could be a control board failure but unlikley. The most common cause is a one of the buttons on the control pannel is stuck. This could be actualy stuck down or just worn out. Try each button one at a time and see if any feel wrong.
