other users on my computer can't access the intenet anymore?

the other users on my computer can no longer connect to the internet but as the administrator i can easily connect. please advise (acer, talktalk broadband, XP)

Temporarily set the other users to administrators and see if they can access the internet.

Have you moved the Temporary Internet Files Folder?
Have you a firewall that needs to be setup?

What happend just before it stopped working - did you install some software
