1990 mercruiser lower drive?

busted the housing on my lower drive right at the bottom. is there any way to repair without replacing?

only if its only the skeg ( the fin pointing downwards )
and you have about an inch left along it
get a new skeg from your mercruiser dealer ( about £45 )
and get someone to weld it on using the correct tig welding rods
