im having trouble starting it up but when i can get it started i goto rev it getting about 5mph maybe then the rev's just cut out and it goes back down to tivking over,i dont knoe the first thing about bikes either so can anyone please help thanks.?

try taking the petrol cap off just incase there is a breather problem . make sure there is a airfilter in the air intake box and it is clean .
