Hello

I was out on my quad yesterday and all was working fine, Then after a cup of tea lol i came back to it and the electric start did not work... I can hear a clicking sound every time i try to start it.... In the end i bump started my quad. The lights and everything work... I had a fiddle today 9taken it off, cleaned and wd40'd it) and for a second the electric started worked , and then it just started clicking again and not firing up.... Any Ideas??

BATTERY SOUNDS FLAT TO ME, DID YOU LEAVE THE LIGHTS ON? IF NOT HAS IT GOT ENOUGH ACID IN THE BATTERY, FAILING THAT MINE DID SIMILAR ONCE, I TOOK THE BATTERY OFF AND CLEANED THE TERMINALS WITH WIRE WOOL, IT'S BEEN FINE SINCE

yeh the starter motors sol or lave shaft is sticking internal in the motor its self, needs anw starter or for somebody to recon the old one! about £120 for a new one
