My Zanussi frost free fridge/freezer is leaking water from the door?

How do you fix the door seal on leaking Zanussi frost free fridge/freezer. It is the freezer door that appears to keep filling up with water around the edges and then leaking onto the floor and into the freezer compartment.

there is a rubber spout at the back above the compressor and this can become blocked.remove rubber spout and push a pipe cleaner into hole.refit rubber spout and hopefully all will be well!.
