Could people asking a question give as much information as possible to give the person a good chance of answering the question. eg MAKE MODEL YEAR would be a good start.

I totaly agree Debbi, the worst one I have seen was from a doctor wanting the operating instructions and the meaning of fault codes in the photocopiers category!! no make or model, so did he mean for every copier that has ever been made???another thing is to make sure the question is in the correct category as it make it easyier to go back to if required
