Hi Clare, I used to fit these radios at the factory. The way to remove the radio is first take out the ashtray, behind that you will see two phillips head screws, remove these. Then just above the radio there are two more screws the same, these are slightly hidden and you may have to get your head low down and look up to see them, when these are removed what you need to do is point the air vents that are in the bit of the dash with the radio in and get your fingers in the space left. Then pull down till this plastic part comes out, remove this and disconnect cigarette lighter if there is one and your hazzard switch etc. You can now see the radio and the four silver screws holding it in place, remove these and disconnect the plugs from the back of your radio.
