i have a 2002 2.4 duratorq engine in my transit and want to know where the glowplugs are located, i have lifted the bonnett and cant see them are they easy to change if so where are they ford reccomend 1.2 hours to do if i know where they are i would do them myself please help

they are behind the inlet manifold. the easiest way to change them is to remove the manifold. but be very careful they are very prone to snapping off in the cylinder head. then it wil need removing professionally which can be costly. those vans usualy start when the glow plugs dont work so if you have a problem with it starting try looking sumwhere else for the fault
