How do I reach drain on Kenmore refrigerator?

I have a Kenmore 363.9634719 refrigerator. Water pours down the back inside wall and also drips from ceiling of the refrigerator, particularly near the back; I assume the drain line is clogged. The drain opening appears to be behind the freezer wall or maybe under the freezer floor -- how do we take off the freezer wall/floor to reach the drain?? I don't see any screws or anything that we can remove! Can someone give me step by step directions on how to access the drain?

Same problem for me with the condensation.
See my recent post.
I took out the 2 screws holding the top coil brackets on the back, tipped the coil back till I could get at the screws holding the drain tube fitting.
Pull out the fitting and the little cup inside the fridge will fall off into the fridge.
When I reached up into the hole there was a film of ice there.
I'm going to unplug the fridge for a day or so and see if that solves the problem.
