Hi Colin,

I had the same problem today and after removing a panel at the side of the washing machine I then realised that it was located above the boiler, behind a panel. That is also after removing the bath panel in the bathroom above!
Good luck.

if your boiler pressure is 0, then there is a leak somewhere or a faulty safety valve, problem here is, if it is the safety valve or something else in the boiler leaking then it is Ideals problem, or if the leak is somewhere else in the system its the installers problem! (any water around the boiler? if so ring Ideal) if not ring the installer.............

filling loop could be potentially anywhere, it is usually a flexible braided hose connecting the mains water to the system water, with a small handle on it. Lot of times its right under the boiler, but could be in the airing cupboard.....make sure if u find it not to over filler (1-1.5 bar system pressure only) and if it goes down again you have a leak....
