How can I fix my boiler?

I have a Worchester 24CDI RSF combination boiler and the burner is triping if I do not keep the water flow at maximum.
Hence the hot water flow is not continous.
The central heating side seems OK.
Anybody available to comment ?

scaled sludged heat exchanger for dhw. overheat cutting in unless you have water full pelt to get heat away.
