Sounds like the same problem I had the pump impellar has stuck.
Remove the toiet roll holder pull up the cup it sits in you will see the pump below in a plastic retaining cage. One screw holds this cage and pump release the screw pull pump and cage out turn the pump upside down and with a small screwdriver turn the impellar until it turns freely. Now for the test switch on the auxillary to power the pump hold the pump under water and operate the flush button if it works ok re-fit pump and cage. If the pump DOESN'T work then it's a new one. Purchase the new pump DON'T TRY TAKING THE LEAD FROM THE SWITCH AS YOU WILL NEVER GET THE NEW LEAD IN TO THE SWITCH WITHOUT DISMANTLING THE TOILET. Proceed as follows. Remove the flush tube from the pump [push fit] cut the exsiting wire [one has a tracer colour] The new pump shorten the cable a bit so you haven't too much to wrap up. One of those wires will also have a tracer colour both tracer wires connect together no matter their colour. then the two plain wires. wrap the joint in water proof tape and stick the joint and surplus wire up on the shelf at the back of the water tank and re-fit the flush tube to the new pump then re-fix to it's operating position.
Hope this helps robertwhiting76@hotmail.com
