tefal pro express turbo iron?

Pump does not turn on and refresh boiler, after initial operation, however on startup it seems to work fine, steam generation is good until boiler runs out of water

I have this iron and need to clean it, I have lost my instruction leaflet and as I have had several of these irons cannot remember if I need the tube to clean it or not, if I do I have misplaced this. Does anyone know.
