Just purchased the above car and it's been working brilliant for a couple of days then got into the car yesterday and out of the blue the remote control immobiliser wouldn't work. Changed the battery on the remote and the LED on the remote seems to be working but the flashing indicator lights (this indicates the immobiliser is disabled) isn't happening. Anyone give me advice on getting this resolved or possible disconnecting the immobiliser so I can this car moving at least to get it to a garage !!

Have you looked inside the glove compartment, there hopefully will be a socket where you can plug the key fob into to start your car. Its a pain, but at least you car will start without losing the immobilser.
