Fiat Ducatto motor home 5th gear problems?

Hi my 1999 ducatto motor home refuses to stay in 5th gear whilst moveing,first I had the 5th gear cog replaced that didnt work.The box has now been taken out and stripped by Fiat mechanics and they cant find anything wrong I and the mechanics would be gratefull for any suggestions regards
