my ge washer wjsr2080t2aa will not spin. It will drain for the spin cycle and the motor sounds like it is trying to spin but the bucket does not spin.

There are four rubber shock absorbers (called dampeners) at the four corners of the basket at the top of the washer. When these break, the basket almost immediately wobbles and the motor is cut off, just as if the load was out of balance. They cost around $3 at your local appliance part supply company.
