how can i fix my 02 mk3 mondeo?

ive got a 2002 mondeo, when i rev the car it blows out alot of blueish smoke, when ive run it for a bit the smoke dissapears please send your helpfull answers to l400rax@aol.com many thanx

if the smoke clears after running for a while, it points to the head, specifically the valve stem seals being worn, possibly due to an overhaet or just big miles. an engine with that milage is bound to smoke a bit
