how can i fix my ford escort?

i have a p reg ford escort that has a vibrating noise when i accellerate, i thought it might be the cv joint. but am not sure, how would i find out if this is the problem?

if you go to a carpark, wind down your windows, pull away with the steering at full lock , you will hear a loud clicking noise from the front wheell as you do if the cv-joint is badly worn. having established that there is a fault, the boot surrounding the damaged cv will probably split allowing the grease inside run out. relaace the damaged cv or cvs and (tip) stop accelerating hard from a standing start and wheel spinning with with the steeringwheel hard over, it'll save you a fortune in cv joints
