sime friendly format 80E red light is on no hot water?

the combi boiler was working perfect some body came to check for a electric leakage in an other part of the house and they checked some electrics in the boiler as well.from that time the red light(may be pilot light is showing) not before.no hot water.It should be a small setting change needed.please help me

i would start by checking that the polarity has not been reversed when the electrical work was undertaken check a socket with a martindale tester if you dont have one use a multimeter with power on live to neutral should give 240 volts live to earth should give 240 volts and neutral to earth should give 0 to 15 volts if this is not the case call your electrician back
