I have the same problem. I can't offer a solution but I the creda has two thermal trips. The first just switches the machie off the 2nd whihc is set at a higher temp is like a fuse and only trips once. As they are easy to change I sort of hoped my problem was due to the first of these tripping too early so changed them. ( they come in pairs.) However it did not help. I now think it might be the temperature sensor thermostat if the heater does not go off then it will trip.
