Our Triton Ivory 2 was working fine untill reciently,now all of a sudden it has decided to stop!
The pull cord light in the bathroom switches on and off as normal and the red light goes on and off,but when you turn the shower on the red light on the pull cord turns itself off and no power goes to the shower,but when you turn the shower off the red light comes back on?

Have a triton ivory 2 shower,after 2/5 mins the shower stops the power remains on.the shower later on in the day works ok for again 2/5 mins then same again

Thanks Gary.
Tested the power cord switch with a pen screwdriver tester,no power in the neutral lead.Brought a brand new pull cord switch,connected it up and the shower is working again.

YOU HAVE A NEUTRAL FAULT ON THE SUPPLY CABLE, GET A QUALIFIED ELECTRICAIN IN TO THE FIND THE FAULT.
