Epson Stylus Photo 750 shows ALL lights flashing?

After new cartridge load, the Epson Stylus Photo 750 stopped with all indicator lights flashing. Manual said check paper path for foreign objects and send for repair if none. I checked the (vast) overspill ink tray which was overflowing! Cleaned it all thoroughly, retried but no success. What next?
Is there a hidden feature which makes us throw the printer away when the ink priming catch tray is full?
Or is it another problem?

Excellent. Many thanks... much more help than the manual
Fixed by Stylus Photo 750... Although it was the "Cleaning" button I had to hold not the “Lead/Eject”.

Many thanks

The printer is "de-programmed" and can be reset to "Out of the box" factory default settings by following these six steps:
1. Turn printer off.
2. Press and hold both the "Load/Eject" and the "Cleaning" buttons.
3. While holding these two buttons, turn the power back on and continue to hold.
4. Count five seconds.
5. Release the two buttons and then press and hold just the "Load/Eject" button (withe some models of the E750 the necessary button may be the "Cleaning" button).
6. Continue to hold "Load/Eject" (or "Cleaning" respectively, see step 5) until printer's lights flash, then release button.
Printer should now be reset and the "Hidden Counter" of which's existance conspiracists pretend to know is set to zero again.
