Car is making noises?

My car is making a noise like metal being scaped against conceret whenever I brake and when I reverse. What can this be? Please Im desperate! :) Car is a Ford Fiesta Finnesse 1999

could be pads worn away so its metal rubbing on the discs or rear pads/shoes material worn away so its metal on metal
