If you know your mobile number and what network your on, you can enter the pin number incorrectley until it says sim blocked, enter puk code, when that message is displayed you can call your network operator and ask for your puk code which is given out free. You enter the puk code given and the phone will ask you to choose a new pin number, enter the new pin and dont forget it!
