Hi,

Have had this machine for 3 years. It will complete a Wash cycle but on Rinse, drain pump flushes out water but stops before all of it is evacuated. Fault code is 37. Have removed pump and diverter valve.. nothing blocking them. Have removed and cleaned inner basket but nothing there either. Any suggestions?

Possibly an overheating drain pump. Replace the pump and see what happens.
