The only thing you can do is to blow the jets clear after using a solvent carb. cleaner.....the only one that is adjustable is the slow running idle mixture - done by turning the screw in until you can go no further, then back out one turn. Clean the air filter, don't lose any of the bits and dont bend the float inside.
