electrolux freezer not working?

I have Zanussi Electrolux fridge freezer and freezer stoped working.Reading temp is -2C and red light flashing.Trayed defreeze,still the same.

if the compressor is running and only maintaining -2 after a 24hr defrost then you would have to suspect the system gas or compressor.both can be costly to repair.is there an internal blower fan in freezer compartment and is it working?
