I have modified intake(Steeda Short Ram Air Intake) on my 200 Ford Escort ZX2 and a MotorCraft crome breather filter, but seems to interupt proper ventalation/inhalation. Juat lookin for someone who is experienced( No novieces please) who wouldn't mind having their brains picked for info. Just want to know About best performance breathers for my model. i have quit abite of experience on ZX2's so ask me a question if u like.

none. zetec motors arent made to work well with a breather. if your intake does not come with a nipple for the pcv tube, then you should drill, tap, and add one. otherwise your crankcase will not ventilate properly and it will probably wreak havoc on your idle quality.
