After wash cycle the soap dispenser tray has half opened with part of a soggy soap tablet remaining. The dishes have not washed properly. I think that the dispenser cannot fully open because of upper dish tray so I tried to ensure tray is fully pushed back before start and it is also straight but to no avail. Any ideas appreciated.
