It really isn't answerable here because it is quite a big job. I suggest that you get a Haynes manual for the car and first of all decide whether you are up to doing the job. (See my comment below about slipped liners.)
A blown head gasket on that engine often takes the whole engine with it. I suggest that once you have the head off you check to see if the liners have slipped. If they have I am afraid that a repair will cost more than the car is worth.
