the front break pads are constently rubing against the break disk?

the front break pads are constently rubing against the break disks on my w reg vauxhall vectra 2.0 16v how can i stop this

The caliper slides may be partially seized? Maybe give them a clean and apply copper grease to them.

Strip them down,clean them and apply some coppergrease.
