tapping the leaking carb with a piece of wood sometimes works but dont bet on it.remove carbs turn upside down remove 4 screws from each float bowl(residual fuel will run outdo it out side)remove bowls tap withwood if stuck,remove cross pin fromfloat hinge remove float needle spray clean withcarb cleaner rebuild .do one carb at a time so u have a reference for rebuilding .when done hold carbs theright way up and blow down the fuel pipe it sould be possible to hear the air going in untill you turn them upside down and the floats close up .refit the carbs.
