The red/black connector is a DC output from the alternator (for charging the battery, lights etc), and the blue wire is the STOP wire (comes from the magneto, and will stop the engine if grounded). Exactly where they go to depends on the wiring on the tractor, but typically the blue wire will connect to the ignition switch 'M' terminal (must ground this wire when switch is OFF). The black will connect to chassis ground, and the red will connect to battery +'ve. Battery +'ve should also connect to ignition switch terminal 'B'. Anl powered accessories should connect to ignition switch 'L' (must have battery voltage when switch ON). Starter solenoid connect to ignition switch 'S' (must have battery voltage when switch turned to 'START'). Your switch may have terminals labelled differently, but you get the idea.
