What is orange switch fpr on Diplomat APM 6842 fridge/freezer?

I have a diplomat APM 6842 with no instructions. Can anyone tell me what the orange lit switch which is located on the internal light is for? Thanks

it is the turbo freeze button. i have one too.

NB dont forget to turn it off or else!!!!
